Wynn, a Georgetown, SC native, has always been inspired by the landscapes and architecture of the Southeastern U.S. During his 30 years as a chef in coastal South Carolina, he developed a strong focus on quality, teamwork, and integrity—values that continue to guide him today.

After relocating to the CSRA, Wynn quickly fell in love with the area and knew it was where he would put down roots. Following his transition from the hospitality industry, he became a licensed home inspector for several years before joining his wife and business partner, Rebecca Cunningham, in real estate.
